I'm skeptical of the report about a drop-down menu.

I'm familiar with the AlertSense screens.  Unless they've been changed since
I last saw them, you select a template (RMT, TOE, etc.), make any changes
needed, and proceed to the last screen.  There's a "Send" button at the
bottom of the final screen, and I think I recall an "Are you sure?" warning
on that screen.
