Perhaps we should go back 60 years to a more analog warning system.

Comment from a friend.  His house is one block from where the Tubbs 
Fire stopped.

Discovered these years ago and heard some are in this area but never
found them. Talk about brute force! Sure would have been useful during
the firestorm but noooooo.....lets use cells. Dumb on so many levels.
