only 28,927 agencies left around the country
that have yet to issue a false alarm.
As the newspaper article stated, this is
eroding the public's confidence in the
entire emergency alert system - not
necessarily EAS, but everyone gets
a black eye, while politicians and
bureaucrats say they will ensure
"it doesn't happen again."
At least there is some good news,
these bureaucrats are not setting off
guns with the same carelessness.
