[EAS] New Sage Update

Well...every time this needs to be done, I need to commit an hour plus of
my IT guy's time to do this across all our installed and spare units.
(Yes, we have spares left from stations which share a single unit.)

Now think of all the stations which don't have on-site/staff
engineers....and the time they need to spend renewing firmware....
