Kinda weird, this discussion of lobbying, FOIA requests, et. alia over a
public email list.
Maybe the funds that FEMA could have used for setting up a webpage were
instead sucked up by staffing all these FOIA requests ...

Hence, why I said FEMA should have its own supported (i.e. government
funded) public website. Why rely on the kindess of a hobbyist's laptop
in the backroom?
BTW, I'm still waiting for FEMA's response to my FOIA request for the list
of IPAWS messages from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.
