yep I saw it and just shook my head.
They actually called it a Tornado Watch, not warning. But yes it sounded 
like actual EAS data bursts.  In real life it should have been a TOR. 
But many things were rather nonsensical about the whole scene (show). 
Had never watched it before, but was stumbling by right about the time 
they did that.
