Personal feelings (and not related to my employer, any legal advice, any precedent, or anyone else in any way):

I would think that simply recording that you confirmed that you received an activation from each monitored source and sent tests as required should be enough as your weekly review.  That said, it makes sense to me to go through the process of transcribing one from each to both confirm to yourself that it occurred (and you're not confusing multiple activations from one with an activation from each) and to show your thought process if anyone in the future has to go through those logs.
