Good question, Mike...then, there's also the question of how to deal with
the NWS activations that come in so quickly that the equipment dumps the
first activation before it finishes and plays out the second activation.

We're drowning...  And can't keep the Station Log document clean of
scribbles, strikes, and corrections. Never mind the time needed to enforce
and follow proper logging practices across a staff.
