[EAS] Monitoring Assignment Change Contact

Mike,
Although the FCC can do monitoring assignment changes, I'm sure the SECC in that state would appreciate being the entity that is approached for a change in assignments.  The SECC is there on the ground and can best determine the most suitable alternate monitoring assignment, taking into account the architecture of that state EAS network.

Who at the FCC is handling monitoring assignment change approvals these days?

A local colleague is asking. He has a client station which monitors FM
stations at some distance and local translators have been dropped on both
LP channels.
