Daren,

Luck of the draw (it's the polling cycle, which varies for each box). Sage is working on a broad solution for this and I developed a quick fix for this in Ohio several years ago in a regional NPT event we performed with FEMA.

I have 5 Sage Endecs programmed identically.
Two of them received the NPT from CAP.
Three of them received the NPT from the local LP1 (AM radio station).
The audio received and thus relayed from CAP was much better than the audio received and relayed from the LP1.
I also received duplicate tests from the LP2 (FM radio station), but these were ignored.

My question is: Is there a way to prioritize the monitor sources or is it just the luck of the draw?
