Is anyone else having trouble getting to the ETRS site? All I see is "Service Now" at the top and login fields with no "forgot password" link (hence my inquiry). "Service Now" sounds like an air conditioning company. Is this the correct site? I had it saved in my bookmarks and was able to fill out Form 1 easy peasy, and now it's this. Thanks. [sig]
