Can't say I've heard of "U-Verse alerting" before.  As for the "industry functional requirement statements"... I'll confess I don't recall you from either CMSAAC or ATIS.  But that's not important.

And "eccentric" means "off center"...  if you're eccentric being rich is a big help, but its not a prerequisite.  Trust me, when I decide you're definitely crazy, I'll say so.  Jury's still out in my mind.

U-Verse alerting and some of the industry functional requirement
statements for CMAS (before it was even called CMAS).

I'm disappointed you believe anyone who doesn't agree with you is crazy.
Only rich people are called eccentric.
