[EAS] The words we use

We are currently setting up the partition for the Clark county area. Seems like all three of my FM's cover the entire county very well, all 5 potential polygons. My 1 KW Non D. stations cover significant parts of 4 of the 5. I'd be happier to have the polygons based on the full Southern NV/Inyo county CA operational area. Kill EAS, no, but continue to improve it for certain. Some stations have large counties that their stations only cover parts. Others are small enough coverage area they could utilize smaller polygons. No one size fits all in this, so let's let the local areas make best use, or not as is appropriate.
