[EAS] Cell Reliability

I'm not defending the cell industry by ANY stretch, but while watching a video taken from inside a Navy helicopter picking up a family from an under water neighborhood, was blown away when the first person rescued pulled out a cell phone, started to make calls and then was posting photos on social media while the crew was picking up the rest of the family.  Not only did she have service, but apparently had power to charge her device.

My long experience is all forms of telcom experience failures.  You can plan and plan and plan, as mentioned before, the best plans can go haywire at the start of the battle.  Doesn't mean you don't plan, though!
