[EAS] The California Fires - Another view

It probably would not work....so many people had only 5 minutes to evacuate. The winds were 60 to 90 MPH some people didn't even have time to pick up their purses or wallets. Once it calms down we will get together with all involved and see what happened, how can we make it better , etc. Reportedly over 30 cell towers were down, power was out in most places.
