[EAS] About this multilingual order...

Forgive me for asking - But why in the world would you be trying to be a
one-man SECC???

IMHO- SECC's should be comprised of all the Public Warning Stakeholders in a
state.
Here in WaState my SECC list is, nominally, 25 names.

Happy to share how we did/do it.

Thanks everyone for the info on this. I hope you'll forgive my obvious
deficit of EAS acumen. Yes, I clearly put more into this than was necessary,
I was just trying to do the right thing for my other EAS folks who were
asking questions. I'm normally not given to throws of paranoia, I just don't
have a whole bunch of time to dedicate to EAS as a one-man department. (I
know, I know...cry me a river :-)
