        of any testing on existing models,
        with or without antennae.

        The industry should have done this,
        and made it clear what the capability is. 

        One could "give" a credit that if an
        area were stripped like Puerto Rico,
        smaller power might cover a bit better.
        But overall, Why do we have competing
        sides arguing back and forth without
        any semblance of facts?
