That is quite true.

That is unfortunately, more than true.
Far too many "HD" stations do not bother to
listen off air any more...
Aside from NPT, etc, the most complaints are
audio quality - which can be handled
if stations work together. Few have really
gotten into the IPAWS first issue - aside
from some Spanish stations. So, it took
only two years for us to realize that
without careful IT cooperation, stations
are often unable to get Spanish if they
want to, even if the FCC gets off its
butt and fixed "immediately."
