[EAS] IPAWS Outage Resolved

Monday evening at approximately 10:22 EST IPAWS servers lost internet connectivity. As of 8:58 AM Tuesday the IPAWS system is now available to the user community. We have performed final testing to ensure all is well at both data center environments.
