Clay-

Did you receive mine?

I am hoping for an update from CBA this week on how many stations responded. I received in my personal email more emails than I can count along with a registered return receipt requested snail mail and a FedEx letter. I know Jim Gabbert also got a bunch, and some sent their reports to both of us.

Not sure what we would have done if CBA had not stepped in to help Jim and me.

Wondering how states, especially states with very large numbers of EAS Participants like CA, fell about the FCC issuing an FCC directive where volunteer SECC's had no mechanism in place to carry out the directive, no standardized collection methods, full time day jobs, etc.
