Thanks - I did hear back from Monte. This s just seems to be another situation of smaller cable and IPTV providers not being on the same distribution lists.

Due to an FCC order on EAS Alerts being transmitted in multi-language, this is a reminder that you need to notify me if you plan on doing any EAS Alerts in a language other than English.  Please send me a letter stating what your station plans would be.   If there is enough stations that would be providing multi-language alerts, we would need to make the necessary changes to the State EAS Plan.

The deadline for this report is Nov. 3rd.  Please send me this information either by mail or email.  My address is as follows:
