[EAS] Blue Alerts Are Back

SVR and SVA alert flooding is why I shut those off years ago.
Our most commonly alerted event codes (other than tests) that we relay are 1) Flash Flood warnings, 2) TORs and 3) CAEs in that order.
After that it's virtually nil, though I have all of the other alerts recommended by our local committee (sans SVR SVA) programmed to relay.

How about those cases where someone is in a position to say we will only carry that which is mandated, but does not say we will only carry that which is mandated, and just bitches?
