[EAS] Blue Alerts Are Back

Never mind a certain reality the public will grow weary of a never ending
slew of all color alerts. Soon thereafter, passive complacency will settle
in with the same net effect as the casualization of severe weather
alerts---No one does or will do anything.

Special interests are insestuous. Once one special interest (AMBER) got
in, the doors have since opened to this or that "special" consideration.
