        Just like personalized license plates, the advocacy groups
        want their own.
        AMBER Alert - missing children, except in CA when any
                blond may answer... 
        SILVER Alert - an elderly person missing 
        GREEN Alert - environmental hazards
        BLUE Alert - A police emergency - or Stephen Colbert has
                made an extraordinarily rude joke about the President.
