I finally got my hands on one of the Barix units that was hit with the 
FDT take over, and it was redirected to this link..

As of yesterday the audio file was still present at that location.
I don't know if that link will be of any assistance in figuring out who 
did it, likely not, but you never know.

PS I recommend that no one puts this on the air.

Also this Barix unit was not in use at the time, it was unprotected on 
the net and powered up at a TX site with the only output connection 
being a set of headphones.
