[EAS] Another EAS hack: Zombie alerts

As we all know, even a single penny in IT or engineering that doesn't make a 100x return, most cases will be shot down by management, or at the very least highly suspect on the expense report.

In most cases, I don't even give the station owners to scrutinize the purchases for things like this. It's just the total cost of goods to establish that link. Period. Even considering it an optional item today is plain asinine. 

This is an item that's better to beg forgiveness than to ask permission. And if at all possible, VPN over port forwards.
