[EAS] Another EAS hack: Zombie alerts

Well, this is not really a case of "again". First, this attack was on a
different EAS vendor. Second, the audio content was apparently different
(zombie stuff, but different message and different event code being
expoited).
Third, (confirmation pending) the attack vector may have been different
(i.e. different method and approach).
The vendor has some of my sympathies - this is not going to be much fun for
them. Vulnerability reporting never is, particularly when Uncle Sam starts
poking around.
The station - if they didn't protect key equipment after all the FCC and
industry advisories ... well, no sympathy at all.

If ever there would be a place to have zombies, Indiana would be my first
guess too.
