Yes, we have had issues with outdated digital certificates. Fortunately,
we've caught most of them through regular, routine testing. Our state plan
asks the state and local Authorized Originators to send an RWT every week.
The monthly tests vary among the Authorized Originators, the Local Primary
stations and NWS. It's the best way to catch problems before an activation
is needed.
