[EAS] FCC BLU Alert Proposal

I continue to maintain that this proposal benefits no one but the politicians who will falsely claim that they're "doing something" about attacks on law enforcement officers.
This comment from a senior police official in Washington State:
"As we have in the past, we oppose this. I wish people would stop helping us."
And from a 15-year veteran of the Seattle Police Department:
"As a real life example from our previous conversation: This information was shot out nationwide within hours of the event, and stories published across southeastern US news outlets included pictures, and a warning to call 911 and not approach the fugitives.
A good example, I think, showing the Blue Alert idea is a solution without a problem."
