Thanks, Jim for the suggestion!
When I logged in today to attempt to correct the coordinates, I discovered the form had automagically fixed itself, and I was able to edit the coordinates. In fact, I found a different pattern of editable and uneditable fields.
The link you provided was exceptionally useful. Of everything I worked with in this little project, I found the coordinates generated by this page to be the most consistent and accurate of anything I worked with. This will come in handy for other things besides ETRS.
In general though, I did not find any two references that exactly matched. I found some that came extremely close. The aforementioned site gave coordinates that were very close (within a few meters) to the surveyed coordinates we obtained for our tower from a professional surveyor. All sites gave reasonably accurate numbers, close enough I could identify the coordinate system used (and well within the FCC 3 second tolerance for error). I guess when you think of it, the exact coordinates of any spot on earth are subject to a whole passel of errors. And any requirement by any governmental entity that coordinates given be *exact* is about as obtainable as the perfect safety they also expect of all human endeavors.

Found coordinates on copy of license were not in the requested NAD83 format. Used site of the above link, ensuring 'output coordinates'
drop-down selection was on 'Lat/Lon NAD83'. find and mark transmitter location... copy and paste the appropriate sections shown in 'output coordinates' to blanks on Form One. Voila!
Update: My frustration relayed yesterday is over - FCC managed to get our Call Sign in the options late this afternoon and Form One is now submitted!!!
