Randy,
The correct answer is either No, Yes for 1st monitoring assignment, Yes 
for 2nd monitoring assignment,  or Yes for 3rd monitoring assignment, etc.
Whichever applies to the situation at that station.
It has a default None which I figured meant No, but it would not let me 
submit until I went back and did the dropdown and change it.
