        WHAT? !!!?!!!

        Tell that to the families of the 10 people who 
        were buried over the weekend after a 
        Flash Flood out by Payson, AZ.  Or, the
        17 people that had to be helicopter
        air-lifted from the Tanque Verde Falls
        this past weekend. 

        We OFTEN see walls of water from 3-5
        feet rolling through washes, roads, canyons
        after a downpour. 

        I will refrain from saying anything more
        in this forum, but with all the titles in
        your .sig ... PLEASE ask around. Maybe
        you haven't been in the West very long.
