[EAS] ETRS - Can't even log in

Weren't old user names and passwords supposed to be purged?
I just started fresh by registering a new user name, which is supposed to be your contact email, and set up a new password.
The only trouble I had was that some of the -appeared to be- links to pages that were included in the Public Notice were not links at all.
I had to find my way to ETRS in other ways.
After that it seemed to work OK. 

I fumbled my way through it.
Didn't take notes 'cause I didn't know there would be a test.
Oh wait! There will be a test.
