[EAS] ETRS Experience

I completed the registrations for 8 stations yesterday in under an hour.
I ran into a couple of "gotcha's" at first, but then the rest went quickly.
I had previously registered my name to connect one FRN to it.
When I went into the ETRS site I got an error flag telling me that my 
name was not connected to any FRN's.
I went back to the previous site and it said it was this time.
I then started my first registration and got caught on the FCC Waiver 
question. I figured NONE meant NO, but learned the error of my ways.
Having to update the software version of each of our DASDEC's took a bit 
of time, but not bad.
Filling out all of the address information for the receivers took some 
more time too.
All in all it was not that bad of an experience, and could have been a 
whole lot worse.
