Anyhow, a reason for heading out into the wilderness of a national park 
IS to
get away from civilization, cell phones, radio, TV etc.  So, yes more 
money should
be given to our national parks programs to help with staffing issues and 
to give them
the tools to be able to better log visitors and know their whereabouts 
in case of an emergency
or to limit access to certain areas when danger is likely.
