If EMA folks don't care about EAS, then who am I to argue? Less work for
my people, never mind it's an unfunded mandate on every broadcaster and
cable operator.

Such un-wantedness could and should be documented by licensees. The result
would fit nicely into the "less federal mandate" aspect of the current
administration.

Let the silo's stand....  (cynical mode very much on...)
