[EAS] Texas EAS Message "Flooding"

For those who receive Inside Radio's daily newsletter, there is a piece on
use of EAS in this morning's edition. The piece includes a couple Facebook
posts about TV viewers frustrated with what appeared to be a never ending
series of TOR's relayed by TV stations as fully coded EAS messages.

If Inside Radio has it, that means the story is in other publications as
well.

And if Mike Golchert of CBS Radio in Houston's post was accurate, that
means a LOT of traffic was being circulated despite the conditions
present.  I'd be interested in hearing about internet survival (or
failure) in such conditions and impact on CAP/IPAWS.
