[EAS] Solving Form One Frustration

While I think we can all expect the FCC to immediately
issue an extension to today's deadline for Form One
(whatever the heck "immediately" means to the PSHSB
today ... or maybe next week, if "immediately" means 
after someone's vacation), some of you are still 
fighting to get Form One submitted.

HINT: Do *Not* use IE for submissions. A friend has tried
for four days to submit Form One. He was on IE due to
his IT department. He fed me his user ID/password, and
in less than a minute, I got the form submitted for him.

I used Firefox.  I understand Chrome works well.  Safari
I don't know so much, but I've not heard of any problems.

Repeat: do not use IE for ETRS
