That's helpful to know - Jim Gabbert or Richard Rudman may want to advise
the FCC to update their EAS plan page with the correct link.  The link they
have currently is the 2002 state plan (hosted at eas.radiolists.com).  Cable
EAS Participants, for example, have been using that plan because it is on
the FCC site.

item resides in Appendix B of the California State Warning Plan, online at
