I don't think we're anywhere near that point.

If we were at the proverbial DEFCOM 5, then that's a different animal and
the public is already likely aware of a significantly heightened risk. Any
random duck burps would bounce a lot a BP's.

However, I do concede it might not be a bad idea to not only limit RWT's
to during the day, but add a prominent intro and outro to that mitigate
the startling effect.
