I'm wondering how we are supposed to handle the language question.  Obviously most if not all places in the US will have English as the "primary" language.  

Apparently the form encourages you to add other "primary" languages.  How does one determine if any more should be added?

Do you need to consider the percentage of say, Hispanic population?  In our area Hispanics are somewhere between 9-11 percent of population.  That's a lot of people but I don't know if that rises to a "primary language".

We have one station in our group that is primarily Spanish-language (and is also an LP-1).  Could be tricky to figure out how to file that one.
