Comments from NAB and NCTA were submitted yesterday, and in the FCC
processing queue.  They should appear on the public ECFS site soon.

As good member-based organizations, they support the intent of Blue 
Alerts and praise law enforcement in the first paragraphs.  Then 
delve into all the issues latter in their comments.
