        The way in which the incident was caused is known,
        and there is a good idea of who did it - and from where.
        The FBI and FCC are involved, and while they do
        not yet (as of this morning) have enough for an arrest,
        they have done a lot to solve the issue and prevent
        another re-occurence. 

        What I found interesting was that the perp managed
        to "re-start" the sirens each time they timed out, until
        someone "woke up" to what was happening. 

        There is still a danger that if the perp thinks about it,
        a partial event is still possible, but will further 
        point to his location.
