The way in which the incident was caused is known,
and there is a good idea of who did it - and from where.
The FBI and FCC are involved, and while they do
not yet (as of this morning) have enough for an arrest,
they have done a lot to solve the issue and prevent
another re-occurence.
What I found interesting was that the perp managed
to "re-start" the sirens each time they timed out, until
someone "woke up" to what was happening.
There is still a danger that if the perp thinks about it,
a partial event is still possible, but will further
point to his location.
