[EAS] Dallas warning sirens hacked - maybe

I'd love to know how they added "encryption" to all 150+ sirens overnight.

Not a password or computer issue, as the press reports are now saying. It
was reportedly "a radio frequency issue" and was not done through computer
software. The city manager referenced something about now having added
"encryption," but that may be a reference to something else in actuality
(like altering the tones over the RF system to trigger the sirens).
