[EAS] ETRS - EAS National Test Receipt

Just finished the ETRS form 2 and 3.
Testing seemed to go well on our end - WRKE-LP Low Power FM at Roanoke College.
The audio was clear from the National Input for this test - so those PEP origination problems were solved it seems.

So for this NPT round our DASDEC II received/decoded the CAP IPAWS NPT message first at 2:20:24 EDT.  We automatically relayed the message at 2:20:30 EDT - only 6 seconds later amazingly.

Our DASDEC next decoded the NPT message from our assigned LP2 station WROV at 2:21:45 EDT and again from our assigned LP1 Station WSLQ at 2:21:46 EDT

So the CAP IPAWS message beat our LP1 and LP2 OTA stations to the punch by a full Minute and 22 seconds.

The good news is the audio was very clean from IPAWS and our LP1 and LP2 stations - no bad audio at all this go round.

You can hear the good results - and the chain seemed to work well this go round.
