TFT boxes don't need a waiver.  TFT works with 000000.  The company may 
not exist any more, but the boxes work without a waiver.

No one has been willing to admit they still have working HollyAnne boxes. 
I saw one on ebay, but I wasn't willing to pay for it just to see if it 
worked.

Lack of data is a recurring theme.  Its hard to justify any decisions 
without data.
