[EAS] How are you planning to broadcast the September 28 National EAS Test?

Yes, agreed. The test's mission is to do just that--test the usual and
customary operations at all stations and participants. While I plan to be
at the studios with the ETRS portal opened and ready to start the
reporting process, I don't plan on doing anything else pre-test.
