[EAS] How are you planning to broadcast the September 28 National EAS Test?

Ah, thank you very much for the reply.  I just saw this tonight, so I can totally understand.

I had my programming hat on while I was thinking about this.  Putting my Engineering hat on, it makes total sense what you say and also Alan, what you said about doing nothing to make this a valid test.
