Hummm...is it just one station here or did anyone else notice something
strange about this morning's IPAWS RWT?

Last Monday there were technical issues and the FEMA test wasn't sent to the
Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, Hawaii, Samoa and Chamorro  time zones. It looks
to me like they got around the problem this time by lumping all the western
time zones into the Pacific time zone. Wonder what they thought about that
in Saipan where it's already tomorrow???
