[EAS] How are you planning to broadcast the September 28, National EAS Test?

One thing to keep in mind is that in 2011 the actual EAN code was used 
for the test.
This time the NPT code will be used and it is inherently a Test as 
opposed to an actual Emergency Action Notification.
